My work runs from defining what a product should be to shaping how it gets built: leading teams through the messy middle, building design systems, and giving founders and C-level stakeholders the clarity to make the hard calls.
Along the way I've worked alongside great teams inside some of the world's leading organizations, and the startups and scaleups racing to join them. My projects have reached millions of people — and helped the companies behind them grow revenue, raise funding, and get acquired.
My current focus is transformation through innovation: using new tools (AI chief among them) to move businesses forward while keeping the experience effortless for the people they serve.
